Stella Wang, OTR/L, CHT, MScOT has been an occupational therapist in California since March 2014 and a Certified Hand Therapist since 2017. She found her passion in hand therapy and innovative orthotic designs while studying under her mentor Pat McKee at the University of Toronto.
Stella is the co-founder and designer of Durathumb, a 3D-printed custom thumb stabilization orthosis. She plans to develop more CAD generated custom designs for orthoses in the near future. She also practices clinically at Hands on Care in San Jose.
Minnie received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University in 2011. She is a nationally certified Occupational Therapist and a Certified Hand Therapist. Prior to joining the Stanford Hand Therapy team in 2015 she worked in hand therapy practices in Oakland and San Francisco. She has been actively involved in the Hand Therapy Association of California as a committee member since 2012. She is a clinical faculty member for the AOTA-accredited Stanford Hand Therapy fellowship program and enjoys mentoring and teaching opportunities with the Stanford Rehab Department and Stanford Medical School. She is a member of AOTA, ASHT and HTA-CA.
Jennifer DiGrazia MS OT/L CHT is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist, who graduated from Boston University. Jenn has been working in hand therapy since 2004. Although a native, she practiced in Virginia extensively and only returned to the Bay Area in 2015. She joined the Hand Therapy Association of CA formally in 2019 to take advantage of its educational offerings. Impressed with the high quality monthly webinars, she was compelled to reach out to HTA-CA to learn how she could personally contribute to the organization.
Her board member interests include increasing membership, organizational processes, creating opportunities for members to connect, assisting with creating opportunities for relevant quality continuing education and giving back to a hand therapy community that has been instrumental in her own development.
Professionally, she works full time at Stanford ValleyCare in Livermore. She has extensive orthotic fabrication skills and specializes in hand and elbow trauma including fractures, nerve and tendon reconstructions. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, fishing, cycling and travelling.

Kelly received her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016. She’s been a hand therapist in California since 2016 and a Certified Hand Therapist since 2019.
Kelly joined HTA-CA as a member in 2018, and has enjoyed getting more involved in the organization through volunteering for the annual conferences.
Professionally, Kelly currently works at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Occupational Therapist in the hand therapy department, where she’s had the opportunity to create educational material and lead weekly classes on common upper extremity conditions to empower patients to achieve a better outcome through self management strategies, in addition to providing patient care.
Personally, she enjoys making hand therapy videos for her YouTube Channel, “Forward Therapy,” which is a platform dedicated to advocating for the profession, educating therapists and students, and encouraging the public to seek therapeutic care.
Liz grew up all over the United States as a proud Air Force Family member. She received her BA in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University in 1993 and her MA from The University of Southern California (Go Trojans!) in 1996. She has over 25 years of experience in Hand Therapy, Wellness and Ergonomics and has worked in Hawai’i, Arizona and all over California. Liz has a love of crafts and games and will often try to incorporate these into her treatments and when setting up her patient’s Home Exercise and Activity programs. When not working, you will find her on the golf course, the soccer field, hiking the East Bay trails, Burningman, and spending quality time hanging with her husband, son, and her silly Chocolate Lab, GingerBelle.
As a Certified Hand Therapist, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and Clinical Level IV Expert at Stanford Outpatient Medical Center, I specialize in the rehabilitation of the upper extremity, with a focus on treating complex trauma, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, arthritis, fractures, nerve, ligament, tendon injuries, and congenital anomalies.
I bring an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to therapy, helping individuals regain function, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life. In addition to my clinical work, I am proud to serve as a Faculty Member in the Stanford Hand Therapy Fellowship Program, an AOTA-accredited post-professional subspecialty training program where I mentor the next generation of hand therapists.
Beyond clinical practice, I am deeply involved in professional development as the Education Co-Chair of the California Hand Therapy Association, where I help to advance education and standards within the field.
I am passionate about advancing the field of hand therapy through a combination of direct patient care, education, and ongoing research, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of treatment available.
