“ Atomic Advocacy” Small actions. Consistent intention. Big impact.
This talk will reframe what advocacy looks like in everyday practice. Atomic Advocacy is built on the idea that the profession moves forward not through grand gestures alone, but through the accumulation of small, purposeful acts that each of us is already capable of starting today. Through intentional and thoughtful action founded in a value mindset, hand therapists can really make a difference in everyday action. Whether it’s a conversation with a colleague, a moment with a student, or simply showing up with intention, these actions add up. The session will be aimed at inspiring hand therapists to act through small, consistent efforts to create meaningful change for their patients, their practice, and the profession as a whole.
