2025 HTA-CA Annual Conference Exhibitor Invitation and Information

Advantages to exhibiting at the 14th Annual HTA-CA Hand Conference:

Pricing is $750.00 per exhibit which includes a covered 6 foot table and 2 chairs ready for you to use in our exhibit area.
Time for attendees to access exhibits throughout both days, including unopposed morning and afternoon breaks.
Saturday night social time with food and drink provided in the exhibit hall to encourage interaction with our exhibitors.
Sponsorship includes advertising your logo and hyperlink to your company on HTA-CA.org website, 2 weeks prior and post conference.

We cover the entire spectrum of hand therapy care at our conference. Our attendees treat the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, and shoulder.
Connect with a variety of attendees specializing in orthopedic, plastic and hand surgery specialties.
Meet important decision makers who are in search of new and innovative goods, services and initiatives to run a better equipped practice.

Our exhibit area will be open on Saturday and Sunday.

The hotel may have specific requirements for handling items shipped to/from the hotel. They do not allow any foods that they do not supply. This would not count small candy or granola bars that are often given as people visit the booth.
The tables are 6 foot long, skirted. Up to two chairs will be at each table. There is an additional charge for electrical hook ups if you are not able to bring your own.
You are invited to donate a promotional gift for the raffle drawing.
Please set up your table 1⁄2 hour before the start of the event: Registration begins at 7:00 am on May 3-4, 2025. Board members will be onsite Friday May 2 between 2:00pm and 5:00 pm to help facilitate early arrival and access into the ballrooms. We will have a locked room for your valuable equipment.
Plan to stay until 6:30 pm on Saturday as we host our social hour in the exhibit hall.
The exhibit hall will remain open after lunch on Sunday.
